1. Introduction
Thank you for reading Mini Artists’ full terms and conditions. These apply to all your orders with us.

By sending your digital data and drawings or by clicking on the “Place the order” button in our ordering tool, you signify your acceptance of the Mini Artists terms of sale.

These Terms & Conditions may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Mini Artists. In this case, the terms and conditions that will apply to the sales are those of the date when the order was placed.

2. Ordering from us
The terms and conditions of sale here present the framework and terms in which Mini Artists uses your personal data and sells personalized objects with children’s drawings. They also dictate the obligations of the parties involved in purchases on this website.
• The User places the order on the Site pressing the “Checkout” button at the end of the process. By confirming your order, you are agreeing to purchase the product you have selected.
• At this stage we take payment for your order by means of your nominated payment method.

• We will send to you an email confirming your order details
• As soon as we receive your order the work begins. If the chosen payment method is a bank transfer, the work will begin once we have received the proof of the same.
• The product will be shipped to your home via a third party. The delivery cost will be UY$ 160, which will be charged to you before finalizing your order.

• All products are wrapped to ensure these don´t get damaged. If you wish to gift-wrap your product, you can select this option before finalizing your order. Gif-wrapping has an additional cost of UY$ 70.

We try to make sure that every product on mini-artists.com is shown accurately and that prices are correct. However, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, typefaces and layout.

3. Personalising products
Mini Artists aims to provide you with a fast, high-quality service. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. It is up to you to ensure that content you have contributed to be included in a personalised product is correct, and (for example) is correctly spelt.
Images can be uploaded in jpeg, jpg, pdf and psd file formats. The bigger the image size the better quality print, ideally a minimum of 300KB – 1MB or 200dpi, no file is too big! We will notify you if the image quality is questionable.
We do have some basic Content Rules, and don’t permit personalised products to include any content or material which:
• infringes anyone’s copyright
• misrepresents identity or impersonates any person
• includes material containing personal identifying information about another person different than that placing the order
• contains material which is indecent or offensive, which promotes discrimination or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group
• may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person
• advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act
While your order is running, if it turns out that the images sent do not comply with the above Content Rules, your order will not succeed.

4. Consent to use your data
By accepting these terms and conditions of sale, you also agree to the use of this personal data.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g., to ship an order.
The original photo of your drawing will be used by us as part of your order, will be stored for the creation of the sublime image and for marketing reasons. These drawings (original and sublimated) may be used or displayed by Mini Artists at any time on the site and/or on any media and/or social media.

5. Products and pricing
Our selection of products is constantly adapted. You can find our current selection of products and prices at the Shop of this Site. Special promotions are possible.
The products sold by us through our Site are manufactured and shipped from a range of different in-house and third-party production facilities based in the country where the order is to be delivered.
Prices are shown exclusive of delivery or gift-wrapping charges; these will be shown separately at the checkout stage before you place your order.

6. Payment

If orders are placed through the Schools Programme, payment shall be done by cash while placing the order, on the Mini Artists Order Envelope.
If orders are placed through the website, payment shall be done by Bank Transfer or Mercado Pago.
If the orders are paid by Bank Transfer, the same will be processed only once the payment is received in Mini Artists account. We request parents to send us a confirmation of the bank transfer by email to info@mini-artists.com or via whatsapp to +598.98.966.331 in order for us to track the transaction faster.

We accept payment in U$ (Uruguayan Pesos) only.

7. Changing or cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no changes can be made via the Website. Changes could be made by our team, but only if the order has not yet entered the print process.
Because the products are customized, the customer cannot ask Mini Artists to take back the products. Once orders are submitted and paid for they cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

8. Delivery
We do our best to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible.

If the order is to be delivered to Montevideo or the east coast of the country, you will receive it within 3 working days from the time the order is placed. If the order is to be delivered to other parts of the country, you will receive it within 5 working days from the time the order is placed.
When ordering multiple products as part of the same order, Mini Artists will dispatch all products on the same day as part of the same delivery. Delivery charges will be charged at checkout.
We use a third-party shipping company to deliver the orders. Please make sure the delivery address you provided is correct to avoid any delays. The purchaser is solely responsible for delivery problems if the details provided at the time of purchase are incorrect and /or any details are missing.
